Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the XenPaid website and member dashboard at https://xenpaid.com (the "Platform"), operated by XenPaid, 138 Robinson Road, #26-01, Singapore 068906 ("XenPaid", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your country.
• You must provide true and accurate information (real name, email and mobile number) and keep it up to date.
• One person may hold one account. Multiple, fake or automated accounts are not allowed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.

2. The Platform

XenPaid is a community and advertising platform. Members may complete activities such as viewing partner ads, daily check-ins, sharing stories and inviting friends. The available activities, reward amounts, daily limits and eligibility rules are shown in the member dashboard and may change from time to time.

3. Rewards

• Rewards are credited only for genuine, completed activities that follow the rules shown in the dashboard.
• Rewards are not wages, interest or investment returns. XenPaid does not offer investment products and does not promise any fixed income.
• Some submissions (for example story screenshots or high-value claims) may be reviewed. We may reject or reverse rewards that were obtained through fraud, fake screenshots, duplicate accounts, bots or any breach of these Terms.

4. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are paid in USDT to the wallet address you add in your dashboard, on the payout schedule and subject to the minimum balance and conditions shown in the dashboard.
• You are responsible for entering a correct wallet address and network. Transfers sent to an address or network you provided cannot be reversed.
• We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

5. Registration fees

Any registration or activation fee, and its amount, is shown on the registration page before you pay. Fees that were paid for an account that is later closed for a breach of these Terms are not refundable.

6. Referrals

You may share your personal referral link. You must not use spam, misleading claims, paid ads that impersonate XenPaid, or promises of guaranteed income when inviting others.

7. Prohibited use

• Creating fake or multiple accounts, using bots, scripts, VPN/proxy farms or emulators to earn rewards.
• Submitting edited or fake screenshots, or someone else's content.
• Impersonating XenPaid staff or asking other members for passwords, OTPs or wallet secret phrases.
• Any illegal activity, including money laundering.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Changes to the Platform and these Terms

We may update the Platform and these Terms. Important changes are announced in the dashboard or on our official Telegram channel. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, XenPaid is not liable for indirect losses, for losses caused by incorrect wallet details you provided, or for delays caused by blockchain networks or third-party services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
